The Inspectors have performed their duties to my satisfaction,
and I have to express my thanks to them for the loyal
manner in which they have assisted me in carrying out the
duties of my office. I am looking forward with a great deal of
pleasure and confidence to their support under the new Borough
Council, and if the Inspectors from the other districts will give
me similar assistance in the future, I am confident that the
sanitary condition of the Borough of Stepney will improve from
year to year.
I have the honour to remain,
Gentlemen,
Your most obedient Servant,
D. L. THOMAS,
Medical Officer of Health and
Public Analyst.
Public Health Department,
43, White Horse Street.
June 11th, 1901.
