(2) The total number of inspections for the year was 97, representing a net number
of 65 boats. The remainder, 32, represents repeated visits by Inspectors of this
Authority.
The number of boats not conforming to the Acts and Regulations was 18 (inspected
on 34 occasions, or 18.55 per cent. of the total inspections, the percentage for the
previous five years being 21.73 cent.).
???cs In addition to the above, two boats were at the time of visit found with the cabin
doors locked, there being no persons on board. Inspection was therefore impossible,
and these visits are not included in the number of boats inspected.
