Overcrowding.
1914.
June 18 *" Rugby" registered Wolverhampton, No. 968.
The canal boat "Rugby," registered Wolverhampton, No. 968, was inspected on
the 18th June, 1914, and found to be registered for 3 adults aft, and 1 adult forward.
1 he boat was, at the time of inspection, occupied by the master, his wife, 3 children
and a baby, in the after cabin.
Notice of complaint was sent to the owners on the 19th June, and on the 20th
October I received information that the infringement had been remedied.
