BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATION OF MILK

Sixty-seven samples of milk were submitted for examination. The results of the test are set out below:

One sample of Tuberculin Tested milk was submitted for biological
examination - Tubercle bacilli were not isolated.
CHEMICAL ANALYSES OF MILK
Twelve samples of milk were submitted to the Public Analyst. One
sample failed to satisfy the tests applied to it.
