MILK (SPECIAL DESIGNATION) REGULATIONS
During the year the Council granted the following number of dealers'
licences under the above-mentioned regulations:
Tuberculin Tested 21
Pasteurised 22
Sterilized 28
SLAUGHTERHOUSES
There are no Slaughterhouses in use within the district.
BAKEHOUSES
There are eleven bakehouses in the district. Thirty-eight inspections
were carried out, and in two instances defects were found to exist.
