The type of receptacle in use throughout the Borough continues
to be the portable galvanised iron covered bin.
Cesspools and earth closets are dealt with by the occupiers of
the premises concerned, which continued arrangement is satisfactory.
The Croydon Corporation Tip off Therapia Lane is nearing
saturation point, but constant supervision by this Council's officers
has raised no controversial points.
