THE SALE OF FOOD AND DRUGS ACTS.
The total number of Articles of Food submitted to the Public
Analyst for analysis during the year 1895 was 120, viz., Milk, 77;
Flour, 9; Bread, 9; Oatmeal, 10; and Butter, 15. Six Milks and
two Butters were adulterated.
