In accordance with my annual custom, I conclude this part of
my Report by asking your attention to Tables
Meteorological Q and R*, where are exhibited many interesting
Returns. particulars appertaining to Returns compiled
from weeely'papers supplied from the Office of
the Registrar.General. It is probable that influences are here
recorded, more or less intimately connected with the hygienic
condition of the Country—and thus eventually from them may be
evolved information of a kind which may serve a useful purpose.
It remains for me only to congratulate your Board upon the
continued general improvement in the Whitechapel District.
I have the houour to be,
Gentlemen,
Your obedient servant,
JOSEPH LOANE.
To the Board, of Works for the
Whitechapel District.
