Duke of Edinburgh's Award
Eight girls of the Life Brigade were tested for the above
Award by Miss Collins and myself. Five a.t the first level,
three at the Advanced level.

into hospital, yet little is said about the type of daily separations

Claybury Hospital
The health visitors working the Wanstead and Woodford end
of the Borough have mothers attending Claybury Hospital. We
are grateful to the hospital for allowing the health visiting
staff to visit the Psychiatrist and discuss any problems on
the patient or any other problem they may on the district.
Home Accidents

accidents in the home. Many accidents particularly with
dangerous pills could have been avoided.
Mothers Clubs
These are held at Madeira Grove and Heathcote Clinic.
