DISINFECTION AND DISINFESTATION
The following numbers of rooms were disinfected for the
undermentioned causes:—
Scarlet fever 1
Tuberculosis 3
Poliomyelitis or suspected poliomyelitis 8
Insect pests 17
Other 3
Five bags of clothing were disinfected.
Routine disinfection after scarlet fever is not carried out
and is only done in those instances where a special request is made.
A bottle of disinfectant is supplied and advice given.

FOOD & DRUGS ACT, 1955
