Notes in regard to samples shown as adulterated or below standard.
Milk. It is satisfactory to note that, with the exception of one,
all the samples purchased proved genuine. The one case shown to
be below standard was deficient in milk solids other than milk fat to
the extent of 1 % only. The milk fat content was up to standard and
the freezing point of the sample did not indicate the presence of
