Notification of tuberculosis was, on the whole, satisfactory.
There were 2 cases during the year which did not
come to light until after death.
The facilities for X-ray examination offered by
arrangement with the Kingston Victoria Hospital was
made use of by 10 cases.

At the end of the year the following number of cases were shown to be suffering from the disease and living in the district a decrease of two cases compared with the previous year:—
