To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors of the
Borough of Malden and Coombe.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit my Annual Report for
the year 1943, which has been prepared in accordance with
Ministry of Health Circular 2773. On the whole, in spite
of having reached the fifth year of the war the health of
the district has been well maintained, and in some respects
improved.
I wish to record my appreciation of the work of the
staff of the department during the year, and to offer my
thanks to those members of the Civil Defence Services who
have assisted so much in Public Health work.
