to every member of the staff of the department who gave
their services unstintingly under the able guidance of
Mr. Tunbridge, the Senior Sanitary Inspector. The
amount of individual work done will never be fully known
except to myself and in most cases could only have been
endured by a strong sense of duty to the community.
