The Food and Drugs Acts were administered by the County Council up to the 1st October and by courtesy of the County Medical Officer of Health a return of samples analysed during the nine months is given herewith.

HOUSING ACT, 1936.
OVERCROWDING.
The fifty houses in Potters Grove erected primarily
for the abatement of overcrowding were completed at the
beginning of the year, seven of these having been occupied
at the end of the year (1938).
