Ice Cream. The distribution trade continues to be subject
to continual change of retailers and at the end of the year there
were 116 dealers and 16 itinerant vendors on the register. One
person is registered for the manufacture of ice cream but does
so only intermittently, when his other supplies fail.

Most of the ice cream sold is pre-wrapped and 72 samples were obtained and submitted for examination with the following results:—
