Table: Ice-cream (Heat Treatment) Regulations, 1947.These regulations came into operation on the 1st May, 1947. At the end of the year, there was only one manufacturer of ice-cream on the register and 69 dealers and 15 vendors were registered. 49 samples were obtained and submitted for examination with the following results:—
