The Hospital Car Service continued its valuable work during
the year. This service lifts a great burden of calls from the
ambulances and provides a service to the public, the value of
which is only appreciated by the few who have been suddenly
faced with the problem of frequent and regular attendance at a
hospital. Our grateful thanks are due to those who volunteer
to undertake this work and to the Organisers whose ready
co-operation maintains the smoothness of the arrangements.
