exceeding the prescribed standard, and two
samples failed to pass the phosphatase test.

sample failed to pass the phosphatase test.
Twenty-three licenses were granted in 1940, twenty-two
in 1941, and twenty-one in 1942, to dealers under the Milk
(Special Designations) Order, 1936.
