Meat
There are no slaughterhouses in the district, supplies being derived
from depots outside the area. Supervision of this commodity is limited
to meat stored and exposed for sale. The quantity of meat disposed of as
unfit for human consumption during the year was 1,718 lbs. 14 ozs.
