Milk Supply
Carshalton is a Specified Area for the purposes of the Milk (Special

district must be "Designated" milk. As a result of the Ministry of Agriculture's
Scheme for the eradication of tuberculosis in cattle, Surrey is now
an Attested Area and the herds are presumptively free from tuberculosis.
