Scarlet Fever.
The incidence of scarlet fever was on much the same scale as in the
year before, 109 cases being notified, of which 93 were in residents of
the district. The incidence rates were accordingly:—
All cases 1.77 per 1,000 population.
Residents 1.68 per 1,000 population.
All were mild cases and there was no death.
Thirty-seven, representing 34:% of the total were nursed at home.
