TUBERCULOSIS.
The new cases admitted to the tuberculosis register in 1937
numbered 151, classified as follows :—
Males— Females—
Pulmonary 41 Pulmonary 72
Non-pulmonary 24 Non-pulmonary 14
Of these, 55 were newcomers transferred from other districts.
During the same period 107 persons were removed from the
register, leaving 505 cases recorded at December 31st. The
constitution of the register at that date is shown in the following
table:—
