Rent Act, 1957
Ninety-two applications were made for Certificates of Disrepair.
Two cases did not warrant the issue of certificates and in 58

various landlords. In the remaining 32 cases certificates were issued.
Three certificates were subequently cancelled on application by
the landlords, the works having been completed.
