All samples were genuine with the exception of one informal
milk sample. A further sample taken in course of delivery was
found to be genuine. Two warning letters were sent re foods not
properly labelled.
Four hundred and thirteen butterfat samples were submitted
to the Public Analyst for the Ministry of Food.
