Rag Flock and Other Filling Materials Act, 1951
There are no establishments licensed for the manufacture of rag flock.
At 31st December, 1963 there were eighteen premises registered for the use of
filling materials.
Pet Animals, 1951
At 31st December, 1963 nine premises were licensed as pet shops in accordance
with the Pet Animals Act, 1951.
Middlesex County Council Act, 1944 Par XII
Eight establishments were registered for chiropody and special treatment at 31st
December, 1963.
Animal Boarding Establishments Act, 1963
The Council have licensed one establishment under this act, which came into force
on the 1st January, 1964. The licensing conditions were based on a model form
prepared by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
Burials
5 Burials were carried out under section 5 0 of the National Assistance Act, 1948,
where no suitable arrangement would otherwise have been made.
