Food Hygiene Publicity
In addition to the personal advice given to food handlers by medical officers
and public health inspectors talks have been given to meetings of local organisations.
Posters published by the Ministry of Health and the Central Council for Health
Education were displayed at intervals on the Council's announcement stations and
other prominent points in the borough..
As a contribution to the Borough Arts and civics Week a Food Hygiene
Exhibition was arranged in the Council Chamber. This was well attended by the
general public and parties of senior school children were conducted round daily.
