Meat Inspection
During the year under review there has been no increase in the work of the
department in the inspection of carcase meat at the two slaughterhouses. Both
establishments have maintained their normal output and the inspectorial staff
engaged in this work have ensured that the meat of all animals killed is inspected
before leaving the slaughterhouse.
