(5) While not attempting to give a complete picture of factory
conditions generally in the Borough, the findings of this small
pilot survey give clear evidence of the need for further inquiry
and ultimate action.
(6) The need for an organised local industrial health service,
largely supervisory and advisory is apparent.; There is evidence
too that such a service would be welcomed and used,;
