Infant Welfare Clinics.
These are held in nine centres and are well attended- This
reflects favourably on the work of the health visitor especially
regarding the attendance of new babies. Here in addition to home
visiting, the supervision of the health of babies and young children
and advice to their mothers is given by health visitors and doctors
specially qualified in child health.
