Applications for Certificates as to the Remedying of Defects

It was found that In respect of 50 applications all neoessary repairs had been
effected, and that in 23 cases some work still required to be done. The remaining 4
applications were outstanding at the end of the year.
HOUSES VISITED BY PUBLIC HEALTH INSPECTORS DURING THE YEAR
The number of houses visited on oomplaint and by house to house visitation was 4,797
and, as a result 1,718 Intimation Notices and 801 Statutory Notices were served and 88
summonses were issued in respect of non-compliance.
