year 2030 visits were made resulting in the service of 35 written notices In only one case was it
necessary for the issue of a summons and at the Hearing the Stipendiary Magistrate made an Order for the
requirements of the statutory notice to be carried out by the owner within a period of 1k days and pay £l costs.
