The number of samples of milk which were examined during
the year was 260. Four of these were adulterated.
The milk adulteration in the Borough for the past ten years
is shown in Table II.

CONDENSED MILK. Ten samples of condensed milk
were examined, all of which were satisfactory.
DRIED MILK. Two samples of dried milk examined
proved satisfactory.
