To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors.
Madam Mayor,- Ladies and Gentlemen,
Owing to the untimely death of Dr. F. Garland Collins, your
late Medical Officer of Health, 1 have the honour to present to
you the Annual Report upon the Health Services of the Borough,
for the year 1936.
It is my privilege to acknowledge the support accorded to
me by the Members of the Council, and the interest shown by the
Chairmen and Members of the Committees concerned with the
work of the Health Department. To the chief officials of the
Corporation I am indebted for their much valued assistance, and
it is with sincere thanks that I record my appreciation of the work
and loyalty of the members of the staff of the Health Department.
