Tuberculosis of Lungs.
Diagnosis. A close study of the history of illness, clinical
examination and observation with sputum tests are the means of
establishing a diagnosis. X-Ray examinations are not a routine
measure, but are reserved for certain cases presenting unusual
features. Sixty-six X-Ray examinations were made: arrangements
have now been made for these to be carried out at the
Whipps Cross Hospital.
