(e) Local Supervising Authority (Midlives Act)
The Borough Council as the Local Supervising Authority are responsible
for supervising the work of all midwives in the Borough. The following
number of State Certified Midwives gave notice of their intention
to practise as midwives in the Borough during the years 1969 and 1968:-
