In relation to those parts of the Borough at Worcester Park and on the
St. Helier Estate at the northern end of the former Carshalton Urban District
Council's area, Dr. E. Windle Taylor, Director of Water Examination to the
Metropolitan Water Board, has supplied the following information:-
" (a) The supply was satisfactory both as to quality and quantity
throughout 1967.
(b) (i) The supply was derived from the following works and
pumping stations :-
River Thames (Southern Group)
No new sources of supply were instituted.
(ii) The number of samples collected and the bacteriological
and chemical analyses of the supply from the above sources
after treatment are shown as follows :-
