(3) Treatment No. 31 - First Maintenance Treatment ( 1962-63)
This treatment was confined to the sections proved to be infested by
the annual 10% test baiting, and operations were completed on the 19th
October, 1962.
Warfarin 0.5% Master Mix was again used, as this poison is harmless
to the operators using it and a more positive result is anticipated by the
complete eradication of rats in the sewers treated.
Hebaitingand examination of the infested manholes continued until
no bait takes were recorded.
