I am grateful for the continued co-operation received from the County
staff at both County and Divisional levels, from Hospital and Laboratory
staffs, and the General Practitioners of the district. This is true also of
my fellow Chief Officers and their staffs.
Finally, Mr. Mayor, Ladies and Gentlemen, I should like to express
