A Demolition Order was made in respect of this property which is let in
five flats An appeal was made against the Order and action was still pending
at the end of the year

Notice of time and place for the consideration of the condition of this
house was served on the owner in December 1962 But consideration was deferred
pending negotiations for acquisition by the Council of this and certain adjoin
ing properties These negotiations had not been completed by the end of the
year.
