Miss Charles, Head Mistress of Ealing Road Special Class,
reports as follows :—
" The Special Class for retarded children is now in its third
year.
The number in class is fixed at 18. Since its beginning
36 children have entered the class. Seventeen have left, 12 of
them as fit to rejoin their normal age groups, and 3 more will
be leaving at midsummer.
Free lunches have been provided for six of the children
whose physical condition needed improvement and whose
parents could not afford the small charge."
