to be according to the following scale for each treatment.
If the weekly income, exclusive of expenses as set out above, per head of family

(a) Minor Ailments: These Clinics are held in the Town
Hall Buildings, Chiswick, and at Portsdown House, The Butts,
Brentford. Sessions are held each morning (except Sunday) and
