(7) Any person who employs a child in any work out of doors
shall see that he is provided during the course of his
employment with boots and clothing sufficient to protect
him from inclement weather.
All children are medically examined before a certfiicate is
issued to see that they are fit for the particular employment
chosen and that the work will not interfere with their education.
The report for the year 1937 is as follows:—
