(b) Prevention of Blindness.
No action was taken under Section 66 of the Public Health
Act, 1925, for the prevention of blindness or for the treatment
of persons suffering from any disease or injury to the eyes.
(c) Tuberculosis.
Table E at the commencement of this section shows that
91 cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis and 11 cases of NonPulmonary
Tuberculosis were notified during the year; also
that 39 deaths occurred from pulmonary and 6 deaths from
non-pulmonary forms.
