16—Co-operation with Other Bodies.
(a) N.S.P.C.C.—In certain urgent cases where persistent
refusals are given for necessary treatment, the Local
Inspector of the above Society is asked to use his influence
to obtain parents' consent, and in most instances he is
successful.
(b) Relieving Officer.—Mr. Copp. the Officer for this
district, whose Office adjoins the Clinics, has given us prompt
and valuable assistance for obtaining Institutional Treatment
for certain of the children, and also for the supply of extra
