Food handlers engaged in the preparation of flight meals in the
B.O.A.C. Flight Catering Unit
Strict hygiene practices are observed and notices can be seen in the first
picture which continually remind the staff of the importance of
personal hygiene. In addition it will be noted that persons actually
engaged in the handling of food wear disposable gloves.
