Feltham, Middx.
Dr. D. McCarthy, M, B., Ch. B.,
Deputy Medical Officer of Health,

of labour and material a very fair amount of repair and cleansing
of houses has been effected.
Complaints have been dealt with as expeditiously as
possible and the necessary action taken where required.
Disinfection work after infectious disease has
received prompt attention.
Rats and Mice (Destruction) Act, 1919.
This work has been prosecuted with zest. The
operator's time being fully engaged in combing and treatment, with
success.
I find a large number of complaints received can be
traced to chicken keeping, food being thrown about without due
care, whilst in a few cases chickens have been found to be kept
quite near the walls of dwellings,
