national airports in the world lies within the Borough and is attracting a halo of luxury hotels, with
the inevitable increase in licensed establishments.
In view of this the requirements for licensing were reviewed and streamlined to allow the
facilities to compare with international demands, at the same time retaining control over the traininq and qualifications of the staff and the general conduct of the establishment.
Details of the number of premises licensed and the type of treatment offered are shown in the accompanying table:
