Ice Cream sales from vehicles continue to present particularly difficult control problems. The
number of unsatisfactory samples obtained from premises is a reflection on the hygienic practices of
staff, as control samples give good results. In the case of soft ice cream, failures were due to inadequate
cleansing of the equipment.
