Pate de Foie
The sample did not have the appropriate description on the label. This was old stock
and the wholesaler could not be traced. All existing stocks were surrendered.
Milk Loaf
The sample contained no whole milk solids. The manufacturers stated the sales
staff had wrongly described the loaf as he did not make milk loaves. Instructions have
now been given to the staff.

in omitting whole milk solids and their recipe has now been amended to include them.

(6) The Liquid Egg (Pasteurisation) Regulations, 1963
No pasteurising plants exist in the Borough and no samples were taken during the
year.
(7) Milk Supplies and Sampling
Licences authorising dealers to store and sell designated milk were as follows :

Untreated 17
63 samples of milk were examined and all were found to be satisfactory.
(8) Ice-Cream Manufacturing and Sampling
There are 10 manufacturing premises and 429 premises registered for the storage
and sale of ice-cream.
